Fitness is a lifestyle. That doesn’t just mean lifting weights in gym and fitness centers, it’s the way we live and take care of ourselves.
Lessons for children from 6 to 10 years

The price of lessons is 3 200 CZK / month
What are they focused on?
Lessons for children are focused on movement skills – coordination and speed. With children, creativity needs to be developed, both in the mental sphere and in the physical sphere. Creativity in motion allows them to develop physical abilities, which helps with development later in life.
In the process of learning or training you need to have fun. Children should not think of it as an obligation, but play and fun – the more they enjoy it, the more they learn.
Gymnastics and athletics are some of the most natural sports for the development of a child. By combining these two, we will achieve an ideal development and prepare for other sporting/life goals that children will find and determine in life.
“Children need freedom and time to play. The game is not a luxury, it is a necessity.”Kay Redfield Jamison
Lessons for children from 11 to 15 years
If interested, group lessons will be extended to this age category.
At this age, children can start preparing for strength training, which helps to keep the skeletal muscles in good shape, avoiding muscle disbalances at a later age.
Strength training, of course, does not mean working with a 20-kilo dumbbell at the first training, it is a process of mobilization and stabilization that focuses on the movements used in strength training and the teaching of the technique of exercises.
“All learning is supposed to be a game and a sport for children.”John Lock
Lessons for adults
We will work to achieve the goal that we will set together at our first meeting. We will practice purely with our own weight, but in both children and adults, strength training has positive health effects, which means that we will also take some weights in our hands. But what’s important to me – to leave with a good feeling and feel better with each training. Success, both physical and mental, is not a matter of a few days or weeks, it is something that we will work together on for long term and you will see that the results will speak for themselves.
“… in principle, sport does not prolong life. Its length is more or less genetically determined. With an unhealthy lifestyle, we can significantly shorten the length. And with sport we can add active years throughout our lives. But don’t prolong your genetic assumption. Look, I’m going to run a tram in my nearly 70s. I’m going to go to the fourth floor. I’m not a venerable scumbag who walks on a wand.”Jan Pirk
