A few sentences about our philosophy
It’s not food like food and it’s not exercise like exercise, you might have noticed this already on the main page of our website, but what does that mean?
You can eat food that you like but it is not nutritionally balanced and nutritious, so it is good to know how to eat in order to achieve a nutritionally balanced diet. It’s the same for exercise, anyone can do a push-up or squat, but only few can do it with the right technique.
Losing or gaining weight isn’t about stressing about what we can and can’t eat, or how much we need to run or train to “burn” everything we ate today. It’s about changing your lifestyle and the thought that automatically tells us what we can (want) and we can’t (don’t) eat because we know it wouldn’t be beneficial to our health.
We won’t teach you how to count calories or kilometers/pounds that we will run/train, we will teach you how to enjoy life while being fit and in good shape for life.

I have been coaching for 5 years, I started as a coach at the largest cycling club in the Czech Republic. I studied physical education and sport at the UK FTVS and fitness coaching at the University of Palestra, studying at a university gave me a lot, but it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for and wanted. I have completed several sports and physiotherapy courses, which I definitely do not plan to stop with.
I am engaged in physical preparation of children in all ages and training of adults. Every year I organize several training camps in the Czech Republic and neighbouring countries. During the summer there are always plans suburban camps, which we would like to extend to operate outside the bikros area.
Coaching isn’t just about fitness centers or sports clubs, it’s about people who want to move and enjoy it at the same time and have the opportunity to do it under the guidance of a coach who shows them what path they should take and help them. Together, we’ll find the way, and we’re not just going to spend it in the gym with a mat and a dumbbell in our hands.

In our household, no one really cared about healthy diet, we cooked mostly of typical Czech cuisine, that is not really healthy. But this must reflect on a person over time 🙂 and I stopped being happy with my physique and my body. It made me sit on the Internet and read about all sorts of “miracle” diets, many of which I tried. But miracles happen more in fairy tales. So I decided to dig deeper into nutrition to understand what was happening in my body.
I am very grateful to be able to help you today not to repeat my mistakes and to give you everything I have learned over the years. I don’t want you to lose weight with me and then regain the weight. I am here to teach you how to eat properly and live healthier, so you don’t have to deal with problems with excess weight or other health complications that often arise from poor nutrition. I appreciate the trust you put in me, and I believe we can do it together.
